Welcome to Dreamers
Empire! This is a forum for discussing the future, or as we like to put it
"Recapturing the Future". This forum is great for dreamers, inventors, idea
people, or anyone who enjoys talking about the future. Walt Disney had a vision
for the future, and though he wasn't here for opening day, Epcot was the
realization of that dream.
So what is Minicot? On
July 4th brothers Bob and Dean Rice put on an Epcot themed celebration in
Minnesota for family and friends (here is the press
release ). To start out we piped Epcot park music
around the yard by hiding speakers in bushes to give it the Epcot feel, from
there we featured three major attractions to the day that included our own
re-creation of the populer Soarin ride, a fireworks and light show syncronized to
the music from Illuminations - Reflections of Earth, and a festive Mexico themed
decorated deck complete with a rumbling volcano and mexican food. We even had
a mini-club cool to sample different soda's from around the world. Click on the two video

Why? Well, it was a lot
of fun and we want to share our celebration with you. We also want to connect
with dreamers like you who share a vision of the future, a vision presented to
us through Walt Disney and through great events like the 1964 worlds fair. So join the forum
